ORDER INFORMATION

We can be contacted through the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page or by email joan@kingcrafts.co.nz.

Payment Methods:
Methods of payment on Kingcrafts includes secure online ordering accepting Mastercard, Visa, Cheque and direct banking. The direct banking and cheque options are available only to New Zealand customers and items despatched as soon as the funds have cleared.
NOTE - we cannot accept debit cards.

Please note that Kingcrafts is not responsible for any import duty fees at your country of origin. The customer is responsible for this fee should it be incurred.

Postage Fees:
(Subject to change by NZ Post)
These postage fees are approximate only. No order will be processed until we have emailed you and you have confirmed you are happy with the cost of postage.

New Zealand customers

(This should cover most orders but if unsure about your postage please feel free to contact us at joan@kingcrafts.co.nz)

We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the mail so if you would prefer courier service please make a note at the bottom of the order form in the comments section.

Overseas Customers:
Once an order has been placed we will then work out the costing for postage and email you to find out if this is acceptable before processing the order further. We use the cheapest method possible for postage.

Privacy:
Kingcrafts destroys all your information received during the order process and is not traded, swapped or sold in any way to any third parties.

Returns:
Kingcrafts will accept any returns of faulty products (unused) if you make contact within 7 days and I will give a refund of the product price (excluding the shipping). Please email as soon as possible to inform me of your intention of a return.
